SECTION 4 POND CONTRACT UPDATE
A change order has been approved for the current maintenance contract on the pond. The change order includes installing rock gabion mattresses for slope stability, installing rock gabion walls and installing concrete in the north portion of the pond floor to facilitate sediment removal in the future. The change order also sets substantial completion for construction on June 30, 2010 and final completion on July 15, 2010. Additional updates will be provided after the Board of Directors has considered alternative re-irrigation designs.
IN GROUND POOL CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
