Apologies but the new yellow payment insert in the March water bills for Hays 1&2 was sent in error.

For BILL PAY customers, please DO NOT delete your current contact and continue submitting payment as usual to PO Box 684000 Houston, TX 77268.

For all other paying customers, it will be business as usual:

• By check using payment stub
• Drop off check at the Belterra office, 151 Trinity Hills Drive
• Submit via website, pay by phone, or QR code
